Territory Sales Officer-Nowshera

Job Summary:

Take charge of the distributor/organization team, leading the deployment of company strategies to address local business needs. Inspire and train the team to achieve both short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a permanent journey plan.
  • Oversee the screening and hiring process for Order Bookers/DSR’s.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on key performance indicators.
  • Achieve monthly volume targets set at the beginning of the year.
  • Monitor the productivity of daily planned shop visits.
  • Ensure the availability of PCI snacks in the market.
  • Identify and maintain prime rack locations, ensuring rack integrity.
  • Maintain FIFO at both the warehouse and in the market.
  • Minimize stale products in the market.
  • Identify stock requirements at the warehouse.
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop the capabilities of distributors and distributor workforce.
  • Implement Sales OOR modules across the distributor workforce.
  • Effectively utilize the promotional budget, subsidies, and allowances provided to the distributor.
  • Conduct in-market training and coaching with regular follow-ups.
  • Facilitate new account development.
  • Provide weekly reports on all key performance indicators to the ASM.
  • Manage all PI assets, including racks.
  • Ensure the implementation of Sales software at the distributor’s end.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve volume targets vs. AOP.
  • Demonstrate in-store business execution results.
  • Evaluate key initiatives and their outcomes.
  • Assess PDR results and ranking vs. peers.
  • Exhibit flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • University graduate (BA).

Experience:

  • Preferably 1-2 years in a similar capacity, but fresh graduates may also apply.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, including complex Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • A strong team player with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in maintaining speed in work, with a focus on analysis and control.

Process Operator (PO)

Job Description:

Operate, control, and maintain processing equipment to transform raw materials into the final product, aligning with predefined performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, monitor, and control process equipment for converting raw materials into the final product.
  • Gather relevant data and provide accurate reports on all activities, including system operating results (quality, frying, flavoring, raw material usage, and downtime) to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  • Identify areas of waste and inefficiency in the production process, proposing ideas for timely reduction and correction.
  • Maintain housekeeping, quality, and food safety standards to ensure compliance with AIB, FSSC 22000, 5S, and CRP regulations.
  • Ensure equipment health, scheduling timely replacement of wear parts with the assistance of the engineering team on a predetermined maintenance schedule.
  • Uphold safe working procedures in accordance with Pepsico’s safety policy at Multan.
  • Implement daily and quarterly compliance of IPS systems for PC & NPC lines.
  • Coordinate closely with shift FLM for planned changeovers and boil-outs to meet production plan compliance.
  • Assist the shift FLM in achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for material and asset efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and procedures as per Pepsico’s safety policy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three (03) years of working experience in a manufacturing processing environment, which may be waived with a tertiary background.

Key Skills:

  • Engineering or diploma or degree (preferably in Mechanical/Electronics).
  • Mechanical aptitude with technical training and knowledge of all manufacturing equipment in the processing area.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all control systems, including PLCs.
  • Literate, numerate, and confident in using panel view computer screens.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
